This Order provides that the Public Transport Users' Committee for Scotland shall, for the purposes of appointments to this body, be treated as if it is a specified authority listed in Schedule 2 to the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 4) and subsequently amends Schedule 2 to that Act to add this body to the list of specified authorities.
